About Us: Ideal Care Services is a growing disability services provider committed to making a real difference in people’s lives. We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. The role will include but not be limited to:
- Assist to monitor and manage daily cash flow
- Bank accounts Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Respond to finance related telephone and email enquiries professionally, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
- Support with record keeping for audit and compliance
- Assist with month end administrative tasks
- Follow up outstanding invoices in line with credit terms.
- Monitoring of emails and other queries and sending emails in a strict timely manner.
- Assist with marketing tasks, including campaigns and promotional activities. To be successful in this role The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and other Office tools.
- Team player, understanding the importance of unity and support.
- Organised, accurate, and comfortable managing deadlines.
- Successful completion of Year 10 is required, and Year 12 (VCE or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Checks Required:
