Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Be the first face the customer sees as they enter the branch and welcome them with a warm greeting

Ensure all hardware deliveries are put away and shelves are fully stocked

Serving customers and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience

Processing sales and putting quotes together for customers

Clean the hardware area and counter, ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times

We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:

A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build outstanding relationships

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

An ability to undertake physical tasks safely

Robust communication, relationship building and problem solving skills

Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player
