Boilermakers / Welders- Pakenham Workshop, VIC Shadbolt Group is seeking experienced Boilermakers / Welders to join our team at our Pakenham workshop.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established fabrication business delivering quality outcomes across a range of structural and project-based work.

About The Role You will be responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks within our workshop workplace, ensuring all work meets required standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities Welding and fabrication of structural steel components MIG welding (and other processes as required) Reading and interpreting workshop drawings Ensuring weld quality meets specification standards Operating workshop tools and equipment safely Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

About You Trade qualification Proven welding experience in a workshop setting Solid MIG welding skills (ticketed welders advantageous) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
