Property Manager (Pakenham)

Barry Plant Berwick, Pakenham & Drouin are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will entail offering a high level of customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in Property Management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, be confident, empathetic and honest. Attention to detail with meticulous attitude to paperwork and customer service is also required. You will be required to manage a portfolio and be responsible for all task and duties. Overall, you’ll be focused on pragmatic solutions that achieve excellent results and continuously improve what you do, to ensure that both you and Barry Plant Real Estate are leaders in this field. - Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Valid Drivers Licence and reliable car
- Telephone and Customer Service experience
- Ability to work and communicate as part of a close team
- Efficiency and aptitude to learn and improve
- Diligent organisational skills
