Forklift Operator (Pakenham)

Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're recruiting for a Yardperson to prepare and maintain hire fleet, assist with safe loading and unloading, and carry out yard and general housekeeping duties. You'll be part of a team that's committed to safety and quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and prepare fleet and equipment ready for hire
- Safely load and unload fleet from vehicles
- Assist with basic maintenance of non-high-risk equipment
- Undertake yard and general housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean work workplace
- Inspect fleet upon return and report any damage
- Help maintain stock control and assist with stocktakes
- Complete required paperwork accurately
- Support the team with other duties as directed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong safety mindset with commitment to zero-incident culture
- Ability to perform physical work and operate equipment
- Hands-on aptitude for mechanical or maintenance tasks
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- High Risk Work Licence
- LF (forklift)
- High Risk Work Licence
