Maintenance Assistant / Machine Operator We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Assistant / Machine Operator to join our team in Nar Nar Goon, Victoria Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Complete production and maintenance records as required Skills & Experience
- Previous machine operating or maintenance experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valuable communication and time management skills
- Forklift licence (advantageous)
