Logistics & Systems Optimization
- Analyze and optimize logistics systems, material flows, and facility layouts to improve throughput, inventory health, and space utilization.
- Monitor logistics performance, conduct root cause analysis, and lead structured improvement initiatives.
- Design and validate facility and material flow concepts using AutoCAD and simulation-based analysis. Lean & Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean transformation initiatives, including Kanban, Kaizen, and pull-based material management.
- Facilitate value stream mapping and continuous improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Sustain improvements through standard work, visual management, and performance tracking.
- Analyze operational data to diagnose issues, evaluate solutions, and quantify business impact.
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and IT to align logistics solutions with business objectives.
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority using structured analysis and fact-based recommendations.
- Optimize MRP and inventory strategies while supporting scalable global logistics best practices. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Valuable command in English conversation.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations with hands-on process optimization.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Logistics principles (Kanban, Kaizen, value stream mapping, waste elimination).
- Proficiency in material flow analysis, inventory management, and MRP fundamentals.
- Experience with facility layout and material flow design using AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Strong data analysis skills to support fact-based decision making.
