About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our guests. This is a rapid‑paced position that requires excellent multitasking and time‑management skills. At OTR, we pride ourselves on a diverse food selection and top‑quality barista coffee.

Commitment to outstanding customer service

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Ready to stand for long periods and handle moderate to heavy lifting and reaching tasks

Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends

Willingness to learn about and promote our wide range of products and specials
