About the role The Flagship Store Manager is responsible for driving sales to achieve targets by providing clear direction and fostering an engaged workforce. On a day‑to‑day basis, you will lead, maintain and actively work to ensure solid relationships in a large team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support. Our Flagship locations are high-volume and high turnover. - Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a high‑volume retail shop (preferably fashion and/or recycled goods related)
- Proven ability to deliver revenue and net profit objectives through managing others
- Staff and/or Volunteer management
- Sound presentation and visual merchandising skills in line with current trends
