- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards.
- Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation.
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards.
- Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination. More about you
- Solid background in kitchen operations with previous experience as a Cook is required.
- Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking.
- Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs.
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding.
