About the role

We are seeking a talented Breakfast Cook to join our energetic team at Lost Buoys', a popular seaside cafe in Merimbula, New South Wales. As a fulltime Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing Prepare a wide variety of breakfast items including cooked breakfasts, lighter options, and speciality dishes Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen Collaborate with the team to ensure effective and seamless kitchen operations Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment Assist with inventory management and menu planning as required

What we're looking for Proven experience as a Breakfast Cook or similar role in the hospitality industry Strong working knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle the fast-paced environment Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture Food safety certification and relevant qualifications in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
