Landscaper / Pool Installer (Training Provided)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Landscaper to join our growing team, with the chance to also work in pool installation. This role suits an experienced landscaper or a hands-on worker who wants to learn a specialised trade.

Training will be provided for the right person, including pool construction and installation.

You’ll be working on high-quality residential and commercial projects across the Sapphire Coast and Eurobodalla region.

Key Responsibilities

Structural and general landscaping works including:

Retaining walls (concrete sleepers, blockwork)

Decking, paving, turfing, drainage

Excavation and site preparation

Assist with swimming pool installation works including:

Pool excavation and base preparation

Assisting with pool shell installs

Plumbing, backfilling, and finishing works (training provided)

Operating machinery (excavators, skid steers, compactors)

Working to plans, levels, and set-outs

Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional worksite

Representing the company professionally on site with clients

What We’re Looking For

Experience in landscaping or construction (preferred but not essential)

Willingness to learn pool installation and construction

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work outdoors and handle physical work

Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

White Card (required)

Driver’s licence (preferred)
