We are expanding our award-winning, Pambula-based team and seeking a driven New Homes Consultant to help our local clients turn their dream home vision into reality. The Opportunity In this role, you will guide local families through the exciting journey of building a home
- from their initial enquiry right through to the final contract. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping them select the right design and customisations for their lifestyle. We are completely willing to train the right person. Whether you have prior sales or construction experience, a genuine passion for property, a relationship-building personality, or have personal experience going through the residential new build process yourself, we want to hear from you. We provide the award-winning platform and the training in the "G.J. Way" of selling; you provide the hunger to learn and succeed.
- Schedule & Location Note: Initially, this role will be a full-time, Monday to Friday in-office position. With a view to moving into our stunning new display home in 2027, the roster will then transition to include alternate Saturdays with a rostered day off on Monday. Perks You'll Love

- Client Guidance: Consulting with clients to uncover their "must-haves" and delivering transparent, accurate quotes that reflect their dream home.
- Design & Quality Showcasing: Educating buyers on land, custom designs, and inclusions, while demonstrating our exceptional craftsmanship and design flexibility.
- Relationship Nurturing: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, diligently following up on leads, answering enquiries, and closing deals.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with our award-winning administration and construction teams to ensure a seamless, stress-free client journey. What You'll Bring

- Local & Roster Commitment: You live within a reasonable commute of our Pambula office and are fully committed to our upcoming roster transition
