**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate **Transport Support Worker** to assist CHSP clients with safe and timely transportation to their appointments and community activities.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, meeting people, and making a meaningful difference in the community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **safe and punctual transport** for clients to appointments
- Assist clients with **getting in and out of the vehicle (if required)**:

- Ensure a **comfortable and respectful experience** for all clients
- Maintain explicit communication with the coordination team
- Follow daily schedules and assigned trips

**Pay & Benefits**
- **$32
- $36 per hour (casual role)**:

**Requirements**:

- Valid Australian **Driver’s Licence**:

- **Own reliable vehicle** (essential)
- Current **Police Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- **First Aid & CPR** (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**
- Previous experience in **aged care, disability, or transport services**:

- Understanding of elderly client needs
