Foreman - Contract Role (Cann River)

Role

Contribute alongside a well structured and resourced team in the delivery of a $20M Industrial project for Government client. The team consists of a Project Manager, Site Manager, Senior Contract Administrator and Labourer with the successful Foreman to assist with the delivery.

The relevant role runs through to Christmas where accommodation and LAFHA allowance is applicable.

Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractors and stakeholders
- Draft up and issue RFI's
- Drive and enforce OH&S; measures and procedures
- Submitting everything via Procore and Aconex
- Report directly into Site Manager and other relevant personnel Experience required

- Previous Foreman/Site Management experience for a commercial headcontractor ideal
- Ability and willingness to either travel to or reside in a location nearby to the project through the week
- Proficient with Procore software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player mindset Company

Responsible for employing roughly 50 staff, this business is active across the Australian and Current Zealand market and is responsible for delivering projects across the Industrial, Health, Lab, Pharmaceutical and Education sectors spanning up to $25M.
