About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Engineer/Superintendent ready to take the next step in their career. In this role you will lead and oversee the delivery of a road maintenance operation in the Pilbara region. You will provide strong leadership and support to site coordinators, field supervisors and maintenance support teams. - Proven experience in road construction and maintenance
- Senior Engineering or Project Management background
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management
- Solid knowledge of Mines Safety and Inspection and OH&Sul;
- Proactive planning of works
- Understanding of safety expectations in a mining environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
- S26 required
- Tertiary qualifications desirable
