- Supporting the achievement of LP Gas sales budgets across agreed volume, margin, and product group objectives
- Working collaboratively to facilitate appliance sales where appropriate
- Building and growing an existing customer base, ensuring both volume and margin outcomes align with branch goals
- Developing robust, trusted relationships with customers through consistent and well-planned engagement
- Managing a structured call schedule, with a focus on delivering meaningful and high-quality customer interactions
- Planning and organising your month effectively, including submitting planners and reports on time
- Identifying opportunities for growth across your geographic area and sharing leads with the broader team for follow-up
- Monitoring and sharing insights on product performance, margin, volume, and competitor activity
- Supporting customer re-signs by preparing business cases and working within Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information within systems
- Building relationships with trade partners and ensuring they are well-supported What Makes You Great
- Experience in field sales or account management (approximately 2–3 years)
- A strong customer focus, with the ability to build trusted and lasting relationships
- A results-oriented approach, with the ability to balance customer needs and commercial outcomes
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and resolve challenges constructively
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with customers and internal teams
- A commitment to safe working practices and promoting safety in customer interactions
