Site Supervisor (Chambers Flat)

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team, overseeing projects within a residential estate in the Chambers Flat area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established wholesale investment builder delivering quality homes at scale, with a strong pipeline of work and a supportive, performance-driven culture.

- Oversee multiple residential investment home builds concurrently, from site start through to handover
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and workmanship across all sites
- Build strong working relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain programme delivery
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on every site
- Monitor project progress, site presentation, and defect management to ensure quality outcomes Requirements:
- QBCC Supervisor or Builder Licence is essential for this role
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
- Trade background in carpentry or a related construction discipline highly regarded
- Proven ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
- Stable employment history with strong residential construction experience Personal qualities:
- Strong leadership and site management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
