As our Centre Manager, you’ll inspire your team to create meaningful learning moments every day. You’ll nurture strong connections with families, bring calm and consistency to the centre, and lead with warmth, trust and authenticity.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check and full Australian working rights
- Current Child Protection and Food Safety Supervisor certificates
- A warm, professional presence and strong communication skills
- Proven experience leading a team within the early childhood sector
- Two qualified references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
