**CCCare**is currently seeking casual disability support workers to work in a sil in logan area. The support is mostly in home support. You will be supporting clients with cleaning and maintaining their home, personal care, meal assistance, community access, communication and other home related supports.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure clients are supported to maintain choice and control of their goals and follow individual support plans
- Maintain a record of duties undertaken
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality principles are always maintained
- Have a proactive and positive approach to supporting clients
- Abide by organisation and NDIS Code of conduct

**Skills, experience and requirements**:

- Valid Blue Card and valid NDIS worker clearance
- **First Aid and CPR trained** (or willing to complete)

Those with a certificate or experience supporting people with a disability are highly regarded.
