**Eden Academy** **Park Ridge** is carefully designed to create a nurturing, home-like environment for children. Open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, we offer natural play spaces, bright open-plan rooms, and a variety of age-appropriate learning resources. With separate playgrounds and both indoor and outdoor areas, we provide a secure and stimulating environment for up to 108 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

Through thoughtful conversations and supportive guidance, you lay the foundation for an environment filled with care, learning, and joy.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian working rights
- A warm, welcoming presentation
- A genuine love for building relationships with families and the local community
- Experience leading and supporting a wonderful team
