Sales & Marketing Manager (Park Ridge South)

**Key Responsibilities**
- designing and executing ideas and policies for advertising public relations sales and marketing in consultation with other Managers of the company
- managing the growth of initiatives for new products and marketing and advertising campaigns
- managing and directing sales activities by developing product mix geographical sales areas and customer relationship standards
- managing merchandising methods and distribution policy by directing the work of salespersons and organising distributors and agents
- managing sales methods and arrangements by price setting and credit management

**Key Skills**
- Demonstrated organisational and communication skills
- Proven experience liaising with customers, clients, stakeholders and partners in a positive and influential manner
- Ability to maintain a large workload
- Proven ability to meet budget and KPI targets
- Ability to adapt in a face-paced working environment
- Valuable ability in written and verbal Chinese
