About the Role We are a growing e-commerce business seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates across multiple online channels. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO)
- Optimize product listings and conversion funnels
- Manage email marketing and retention strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Collaborate with operations and product teams Requirements
- 2–5+ years experience in digital marketing (e-commerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and analytics
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or similar
- Data-driven mindset with proven results
