- **About the Role**:_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- _Collaborate with clients and Project Manager to understand landscaping needs and preferences for each job._
- _Prepare the site for construction by grading, digging, and leveling the ground._
- _Install hardscape elements such as retaining walls, fencing and more_
- _Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety, adhering to relevant building codes and regulations._
- _Maintain and operate a variety of landscaping tools and equipment._
- _Supervise and mentor junior landscaping staff as needed._
- _Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients throughout the project._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _White or Blue card, required_
- _Proven experience as a Structural Landscaping Specialist or similar role._
- _Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and best practices._
- _Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and equipment._
- _Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods._
- _A valid manual driver's license and reliable transportation._
- **Education and Experience**:_
- _Certificate III in Landscape Construction or a related field, desirable_
- _Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural landscaping or a related field._
