Support Worker (Boronia Heights)

**Job description**

As a Support Worker in our team, you will be supported to work beside individuals to build their capacity.

The participant is located in Boronia Heights, QLD, You will be required to work in the participant's home, or in the community wherever the need is required so flexibility is a must.

**Preferred Support Worker Profile**:

- Female,
- middle-aged
- fluent in English
- Experienced and qualified in working with CP
- Enjoys swimming
- Able to cook

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meal preparation and grocery assistance*
- Light house duties in between scheduled cleans
- Weekend community accessPreferred Support Worker Profile

**Essential Criteria**:

- Drivers license
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disabilities or similar
- Right to Work in Australia

- Unrestricted Driver's license and fully insured personal vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Completion of or willingness to undertake NDIS Worker Orientation module and
- Blue Card
- NDIS Yellow Card
- Criminal History Check
- Prevention of Infection Control Training, can be provided if required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.70
- $48.40 per hour

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
