**Salary**: $90,000
- $120,000 a year

**Job Duties**:

- Setting up kitchen with cooking utensils and making it ready for cooking/baking
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, & other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
- Kneading, hand moulding and scaling dough.
- Baking different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes, and multigrain breads.
- Decorate baked products using glaze, icing, and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
- Inspecting quality of products throughout production process and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times.
- Ensuring wastage is minimized and the budget of supplies and materials are adhered.
- Creative drive and a genuine interest in food history and trends.
- A work ethic with a focus on continual self-improvement.

Successful applicants must have the following:

- AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV
- At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired.
- Possess effective communication skills

Pay: $75,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
