**Salary**: $90,000
- $120,000 a year

**Job Duties**:

- Create and implement marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness & customer engagement.
- Manage the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Plan and execute special promotions, events, and campaigns to drive customer traffic and sales.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for events and promotions.
- Develop and implement loyalty programs to retain and reward regular customers.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape & identify potential opportunities for differentiation.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within the allocated budget. Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign performance.
- Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to enhance the company's presence in the community.

Successful applicants must have the following:

- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification
- Expertise in social media management.
- Innovative thinking to design unique marketing strategies and content.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends

Pay: $75,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
