Faculty Support Officer - Vet (Park Ridge)

- VET who has a passion for supporting teachers and students._**

This is a permanent part time position, 2 day a week (15.2 hours), during term time only.

We are a Christian, co-educational school of nearing 1000 students, made up of P-12, as well as our Early Learning Centre and Outside School Hours Care facilities.

**About the Role**

The Faculty Support Officer plays a significant role in supporting teachers to prepare and complete tasks relevant to their Teaching Portfolios. The Faculty Support Officer allows for the reduction in the workload needed for the preparation of learning resources, documentation for student portfolios, assessments, and classroom resources for content/unit teaching.

Key responsibilities include:

- Stock control and resource purchasing
- Photocopying, laminating, word processing and distribution of resources
- Complete administrative tasks for college excursions.
- Input of assessment data into our systems, as well as appropriate collation and distribution.
- Experience using TASS platform
- Supporting students in groups sessions, tutorial classes and examinations
