About the Role

We are a growing e-commerce business seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO) Optimize product listings and conversion funnels Manage email marketing and retention strategies Analyze campaign performance and ROI Conduct competitor and market research Collaborate with operations and product teams

Requirements 2–5+ years experience in digital marketing (e-commerce preferred) Robust understanding of paid ads, SEO, and analytics Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or similar Data-driven mindset with proven results Excellent communication and reporting skills
