About the Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through partnerships, B2B sales, and strategic expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Identify and secure current business opportunities Build partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and clients Develop and execute growth strategies Manage sales pipeline and revenue targets Negotiate contracts and close deals Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements 3–7+ years experience in business development or sales Proven track record of achieving revenue targets Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Experience in e-commerce, retail, or wholesale preferred Self-driven with a robust commercial mindset
