- We require a motivated and experienced Labour Scheduler to join our team to help continue our growth. Responsibilities of the role
- Coordinate and manage labour scheduling across multiple projects and clients Liaise closely with Project Managers to understand project timelines, workforce requirements, and priorities Act as the central point of communication between clients, Project Managers, and field personnel Ensure all labour allocations are completed efficiently and align with operational requirements Proactively identify labour shortages and source additional personnel as required Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and workforce availability Monitor workforce allocation and adjust schedules in response to changing project demands Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders to minimise disruptions Benefits and perks

- Previous experience in a labour scheduling or workforce coordination role within a relevant industry (construction, mechanical, or similar) Strong understanding of labour logistics, project requirements, and site-based operations Current Driver's License Willing to work overtime Ability to work autonomously Excellent communication and coordination skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong multitasking and time management skills are essential Capacity to deal with pressure Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
