- Build strong relationships and deliver a premium customer experience
- Confidently present home designs, inclusions and acreage‑specific solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a growing market segment About You
- Proven experience in residential new home sales
- Previous experience selling homes on acreage sites will be highly regarded
- Solid understanding of the acreage market preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
- Results‑driven, organised and self‑motivated
- Professional approach with a customer‑first mindset
