Automotive Service Advisor Trainee Regos Plus Tyre & Mechanical – Parkes NSW Love cars but not sure a mechanic apprenticeship is for you? Regos Plus Tyre & Mechanical is looking for a motivated and reliable Automotive Service Advisor Trainee to join our growing team. This is a hands-on career pathway combining:
- Customer service
- Workshop operations
- Automotive product knowledge
- Workflow coordination
- Hands-on workshop exposure You’ll learn how a modern workshop operates while developing practical automotive knowledge and real-world business skills. About the Role This is not just a front counter role. You’ll work closely with our Service Manager and technicians to help keep the workshop running efficiently while learning:
- Customer communication
- Vehicle booking procedures
- Repair order management
- Tyres, suspension and servicing knowledge
- Workflow coordination
- Automotive systems and processes You’ll also spend time in the workshop assisting with:
- Parts handling
- Vehicle movement
- Tyre fitting assistance
- Basic servicing exposure
