Stable, full‑time position with a business that looks after their people. $75,000 – $90,000 (super depending on experience). Role Overview The Parkes branch of a growing Australian‑owned mining services business is adding to their administration team. They supply “Shop in a Box” solutions to underground mining operations globally. As the business continues to grow, they are bringing on a Branch Administrator to work closely with the Business Support Administrator and support the wider team. You will report to the Administration Manager and work closely with the leaders in the business. The role is primarily office‑based, covering systems, freight, and facilities administration. There is occasional warehouse support when the team needs a hand, but the bulk of this role is keeping the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Inventory and stock management in Pronto.
- Freight bookings, shipment forecasting and tracking.
- Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers to keep things moving.
- Clear and professional communication with internal teams and external contacts.
- Office and facilities management, keeping day‑to‑day operations ticking over.
- Supporting the wider team with general administration as needed.
- Warehouse assistance when the team needs a hand. Qualifications & Requirements
- A background in administration, logistics, or operational support.
- Robust computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- A current C Class driver’s licence.
- The ability to work unsupervised and manage your own workload.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
