**About the Chance**

As a Customer Support Officer, you will work within a call-centre team environment, showcasing your skills and making a real impact on our customers' experience. The role is responsible for a diverse range of duties, such as providing exceptional support to clients and colleagues via phone, efficient referral management, and a variety of essential administrative tasks.

You have experience in customer service, demonstrate solid computer skills, and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Your friendly demeanour and problem-solving skills will ensure every interaction leaves our customers feeling valued.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, agile and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.
