Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor damage repairs on vehicles
- Determine the correct paint color for each vehicle
- Prepare and paint vehicle panels
- Buff panels as necessary
- Respray or touch up any damaged areas
- Travel to customer locations for on-site repairs Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Trade qualifications or nearing completion of an apprenticeship in spray painting
- Knowledge of water-based paint is a plus but not required
- Expertise in paint application
- Proficient in color mixing and matching
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license Preferred Qualifications
