You’ll be

Using a Forklift, loading and unloading mail from mail bags, trays, containers and metal cages (Unit Loading Devices)

Sorting parcels and mail (manually or machine-assisted) with the use of scanners

Working across sophisticated processing equipment and lines

Operating and using load shifting equipment such as hand pallet devices and stackers whilst cooperating with operations staff to get the mail into the facility

Role Details:

Afternoon and Evening shifts available (1:00pm
- 7:00pm, 1:00pm
- 8:51pm & 7:00pm
- 12:00am)

Monday to Friday Roster

About you

You’re available to work from October, through our peak period

You hold a valid LF Forklift License

You enjoy a physical role, can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly, have a excellent memory and attention to detail

You’re safety-conscious and able to safely operate equipment such as conveyors, loading/lifting devices including pallet jacks to load and unload parcels from trucks and vans

You enjoy a rapid-paced environment where compliance checks are required

You’re comfortable handling parcels that may contain meat and/or alcohol products
