About the Role Our close knit Gold Coast Team is currently seeking a Contracts/Projects Coordinator to join our Service team to look after our client base in the South East Queensland Region. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts / Projects Coordinator to oversee the fire services contract for a major customer. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with the Scope of Requirements (SOR) and relevant Australian Standards while coordinating the administration, reporting, and performance management of the contract. This role requires a strong understanding of fire systems, contractual obligations, and regulatory compliance.
· Oversee work schedules and customer requirements and estimate resources to deliver projects.
· Work closely with the Service Delivery Team to deliver on contractual obligations.
· Assist with projects including deliverables, budget, resourcing, communications, and integration
· Commercially and contractually assist with preparation of template documents and systems
· Contribute to day-to-day administration activities for the Branch
· Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures to support operations.
· Contribute to an effective customer centric service culture, in a high volume business
· Working with the Regional Manager to monitor spending
· Ensure that daily operations are performed efficiently
· Training field staff in administrative processes
· Collaborate with internal resources (administration, customer service, planning and field teams) to prioritise and attend to business and client needs
