Sales & Customer Service Consultant (Parramatta)

Aqua Laser Clinic is a leading aesthetics clinic specialising in advanced hair loss, skin and body treatments. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales person to join our team.

This role will start as a casual (2-5 days per week), including Saturdays, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Speak with new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Make inbound and outbound calls, follow up leads, and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage client information accurately in our CRM system
- Promote new treatments, packages, and promotions
- Assist with reception duties, bookings, and basic administration

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in sales, customer service, or lead follow-ups (aesthetics preferred but not assential)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to listen, understand client concerns, and offer tailored solutions
- Confidence in selling premium services
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
