Production Team Leader - English & Mandarin Speaking (Rydalmere)

Homart Pharmaceuticals is established in 1992, specializing in manufacturing & marketing health supplements, skincare, dairy and pet supplements. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to support our Production Manager in delivering high-quality products while maintaining efficient and safe operations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day production operations
- Ensure all team members adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times
- Monitor and achieve required product quality and production volume targets
- Ensure all product safety standards are consistently met
- Support and coordinate production scheduling activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to production staff
- Build strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders by delivering high-quality and qualified service
- Perform other duties as directed by the Production Manager or senior leadership About You
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, with a tertiary qualification or diploma (desirable)
- Strong understanding of production processes, including GMP and SOP compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WHS) principles and legislation
