We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Executive with prior experience in the education and migration industry in Australia. The role involves on-ground marketing activities, relationship building, and lead generation for migration and education consultancy services. The ideal candidate must have worked in a marketing role within an education consultancy or migration agency, with a robust understanding of international student recruitment and visa services. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to potential referral and business partners, including:
- Education agents
- Recruitment agencies
- Local businesses
- Promote education and migration consultancy services to generate leads and referrals
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with industry partners
- Execute field marketing activities to increase awareness of services
- Generate student visa and migration-related enquiries
- Follow up with partners to ensure consistent lead flow
- Attend networking events, education expos, and industry meetings
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and outcomes
- Coordinate with internal consultants for client onboarding and conversion Required Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as a Marketing professional in the Education and Migration industry in Australia
- Must have worked in a marketing role (not counselling or administration) within:
- Education consultancy / student recruitment agency, or
- Migration consultancy / visa services firm
- Proven experience in education and migration marketing activities, including:
- Lead generation activities
- Partner/referral marketing
- Field marketing and outreach work
- Strong understanding of the international student and Australian migration system
- Familiarity with education agents and referral networks
- Existing industry network is highly preferred Skills & Attributes
