Bartender/bar Staff (Parramatta)

As a Bartender / Bar Staff, you’ll be part of a dynamic food and beverage team delivering an unforgettable dining and drinking experience. From shaking signature cocktails to pouring wines and spirits with flair, you’ll be the face of the bar and a key part of our guests’ experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits with speed and accuracy
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
- Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and stock levels during service
- Recommend drink pairings and promote premium products
- Follow RSA and safety standards at all times
- Work closely with wait staff, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Bartender, Bar Attendant, or Mixologist (preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Current NSW RSA Certificate (required)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
