Seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our International client who specializes in electrical equipment to start ASAP in Rydalmere!
One of the key functions of this role is to take and action orders from active and existing clients regarding a variety of products and services. For this reason we are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals who are self-motivated and have outstanding attention to detail.
Responsibilities;
Taking inbound calls
Answering general product enquiries
Order processing
Data entry
Assisting with reporting/data entry
Following up on installations
Stock management
General administrative tasks
What you will need to succeed;
Min 1+ years SAP experience (essential):
2 years proven customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work to set deadlines & in a busy workplace
Own transport
Full working rights
- Can work Monday
- Friday (38hrs pw)
