Assembly Worker Electrical Rydalmere

Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking reliable and motivated Electrical Assembly Operators to join their production team. This role is ideal for hands on individuals looking to build a long term career in manufacturing, with full training provided and stable, full time hours.

The Role This is an entry-level, hands-on position within an Electrical manufacturing workplace. No prior electrical experience or qualifications are required, as comprehensive on the job training will be provided. You will work closely with experienced Electrical Supervisors and be trained across a variety of tasks, including: Cable preparation Assembly and electrical fit out of switchboards Installation, wiring and testing Use of hand and power tools Following electrical drawings and instructions (with training) Maintaining quality and safety standards This position requires robust attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.

About You To be successful in this role, you will:

Be physically fit and capable of manual work Be reliable, punctual and motivated Have a strong willingness to learn Demonstrate good attention to detail Have a robust focus on safety and quality Enjoy hands on, practical work Work well in a team environment Be able to work independently when required Have functional written and verbal English skills

Previous electrical manufacturing or assembly experience is not required, but is highly regarded.
