The Lumus Imaging team at the Epping Consulting Centre in Epping are looking for a Casual receptionist to join our department working closely with a team of dedicated and skilled individuals.

The department offers a range of services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, PET, X-rays, and Breast screening, primarily for outpatient appointments with occasional hospital transfer patients.

The department's opening hours are between 7am and 9pm, with some variability in shift times. Weekend work is available with good remuneration. Opportunities exist to assist at other sites within the cluster, including Bundoora and Greensborough.

Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service and care, including greeting patients at the front desk, and handling incoming telephone calls. Performing general clerical duties. Efficiently managing patient records with exceptional data entry skills. Maintaining courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals. Handling billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds, and work cover.
