- Keep an eye on the numbers – track sales like a pro, celebrate the wins, and jump on opportunities to grow.

- Stay sharp on stock – help protect the store from loss and keep shrinkage under control with a proactive mindset.

- Experienced Assistant Store Manager or Retail Supervisor
- Confident leading, coaching, and motivating a team
- Warm, approachable, and great with kids (patience is a must!)
- Passionate about delivering standout customer experiences
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
- Skilled in stock control and visual merchandising
