- Management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high‑performing team.
- Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail – bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
- Operational know‑how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
- Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a secure work environment. Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must!
