Trainer - Individual Support, Ageing Support & Community …, Granville

Apeiro Institute is a nationally recognised RTO committed to delivering high-quality vocational education across Australia. As we expand our offerings in the health and community services sector, we are seeking passionate and qualified trainers to deliver **CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support**, **CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support**, and **CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services**.

**The Role** We are looking for energetic trainers who are not only experienced in the community services and aged care sectors but also willing to travel between campuses or partner sites to deliver training. You’ll be responsible for guiding students through both theoretical and practical components, ensuring they are job-ready and confident in their skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver and assess CHC33021, CHC43015, and CHC52025 qualifications
- Develop and maintain engaging training materials and session plans
- Support students through classroom, simulated, and workplace-based learning
- Travel to various training locations as required
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments
- Ensure compliance with ASQA standards and RTO policies

**Essential Criteria**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Relevant qualifications and industry experience in aged care, disability support, or community services
- Strong understanding of the CHC training packages and vocational education standards
- Willingness and ability to travel between training sites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Desirable**
- Experience delivering multiple CHC qualifications
- Familiarity with WHS and industry regulations in health and community services
- Experience with online learning platforms and digital tools
- Ability to mentor students from diverse backgrounds

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00
- $55.00 per hour
