Trainer (Parramatta)

ONEPATH COLLEGE ( RTO CODE 46203 and CRICOS CODE 04257J ) is a Registered Training Organisation based in 30 Cowper Street, Parramatta NSW provides quality education and training to International and Domestic students.

We are seeking qualified trainers to deliver training and assessment and to provide student support for the following courses

Trainer & Assessor 1. Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent/above competencies
- Relevant qualifications equal to or above the level of delivery
- Has recent Industry currency
- Has previous RTO training experience
- Understanding of VET industry and RTO requirements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level)

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Deliver **training** in line with accredited course requirements and industry standards
- Assess students through a variety of **practical and theoretical methods**
- Provide support to students, helping them achieve their academic and career goals
- Collaborate with fellow trainers to develop and refine **cutting-edge teaching strategies**
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progression
- Keep up-to-date with **industry currency, compliance standards**, and professional practice

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $50.00
- $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12
- 20 per week
