Homeware Assistant Store Manager (Parramatta)

I am on the lookout for a motivated person with an interest in the home decor industry! This brand is one of the largest names in the design and construction fields we have here in Australia. The staff walk alongside the customer in each step of the process and are committed to providing only the most excellent customer service.

Previous management experience would be highly valued, however if you possess Senior Sales experience or something alike that would be relative too!

Working alongside them throughout the whole process going above and beyond, doing everything they can for the customer, all whilst forming and maintaining an excellent relationship.

**The Role**:

- Assist with Managing and developing your team to success
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Help manage across all aspects of the store
- Join a secure business with long term staff that are like family

**About You**:

- Experienced manager / leader who loves to develop their team
- Looking for longevity and loyalty with a business
- Understanding of consultative sales
- Tech and numbers savvy, ability to learn new things quickly
- Strong sales driver
- Strategic thinker and active problem solver
